Welcome to Ministry of Women, Children, and Social Protection
The Ministry of Women, Children, and Social Protection (MWCSP) is undertaking a comprehensive reform of its social assistance schemes to improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness. These reforms are guided by the National Social Assistance Policy (2021) and are aimed at modernising the delivery of social protection services across Fiji.

Integrated Beneficiary Management System (iBMS)
MWCSP is implementing the Integrated Beneficiary Management System (iBMS)—a modern electronic platform designed to manage the six social assistance schemes through integrated web and mobile applications. The iBMS is built to achieve the following core objectives:
- Enhance efficiency and sustainability by streamlining processes, reducing administrative costs, and enabling resource sharing
- Improve service delivery through better coordination across programmes and government departments
- Increase transparency and accountability by supporting data-driven decision-making and enabling effective oversight of resources
As part of the iBMS rollout, MWCSP has launched this Public Portal to enable citizens to apply for, and check their eligibility for, various government social protection programmes and services.
