Social Pension Scheme (SPS)
For Fiji citizens aged 65 years and above who do not receive any other pension or superannuation.
Disability Allowance Scheme (DAS)
For Fiji citizens with permanent disabilities who require additional support.
Transport Assistance Scheme (TAS)
E-transport card assistance for eligible individuals with mild to moderate disabilities.
Care and Protection Allowance (C&P)
For caregivers of vulnerable children who require additional support and protection.
Family Assistance Scheme (FAS)
For households facing financial hardship and requiring temporary assistance.
Food Allowance for Pregnant Mothers (FAPM)
For households facing financial hardship and requiring temporary assistance.

Before You Begin
Required Information
- Birth Registration Number (BRN) or Naturalisation Number
- Contact details including phone number
- Residential address information
- Next of kin contact information
- Medical reports (if applying for disability benefits)
Recognized Local Authorities
Community Leader, Justice of Peace, Notary Public, Commission of Oaths, Minister of Religion, Banker, Magistrate, Senior Civil Servant, Police Officer, Post Master, Legal Officer, District Advisory Counsellor, Turaga ni Koro, Ministry of Health nurse or doctor.
Applicants:
- SPS: The Applicant is the person requesting assistance, even if a Third Party fills out the application on their behalf.
- FARPMS: The Applicant is the person (woman) requesting assistance, even if a Third Party fills out the application on their behalf.
- DAS: The Applicant is the person with disability, even if the Caregiver (Third Party) fills out the application on their behalf.
- TAS: The Applicant is the person requesting assistance (no Third Party allowed).
- C&P (kinship care: Group 1 and 2): The Applicant is the Caregiver for the vulnerable child/children in their family and/or under their care who are eligible for the program. Note: The Caregiver can also apply for SPS/DAS/TAS on their own behalf.
- FAS: The Applicant can be any household member (does not have to be the household head).
Cross-program eligibility rules only allow some combination of programs.

Important Information
- Application Forms can only be submitted if all mandatory fields are filled and all mandatory Supporting Documents are uploaded.
- The Applicant and their authorized Third Party must provide true, correct and complete information to DSW.
- DSW reserves the right to verify information in the Application Form with relevant organizations.
- Providing false information to Government is an offence under the False Information Act 2016.

The Ministry reserves the right to verify information with relevant organizations such as FNPF, Fiji Ex-Servicemen's Association, FRCA, MOJ, MOF, and other stakeholders.
